About Squadly

We build the employees your business can’t hire.

Squadly is a small, senior automation studio. We work with a limited number of businesses at a time, and we measure our work in hours returned rather than features shipped.

Our mission

We help businesses eliminate repetitive work by building intelligent AI employees and workflow automations that work 24/7.

Most businesses under fifty people are running on human glue. Someone re-types an intake form into a second system. Someone answers the same twelve questions every day. Someone checks a shared inbox at 11pm because a lead might have come in. None of it is on anyone’s job description, and all of it is expensive.

The technology to remove that work has been production-ready for a couple of years now. What’s missing, for most companies, is someone who will map the actual process, integrate the actual systems, and stay accountable for the accuracy of the result.

That’s the whole job. We’re not a platform, we don’t resell a tool, and we don’t hand you a Notion doc and a Zapier login. We build the thing, instrument it, and own the number it moves.

Why Squadly

Why businesses choose us over a generalist agency.

Automation is easy to demo and hard to keep working. Everything below exists because we’ve watched projects fail without it.

We scope to ROI, not to hours

Every proposal states the hours or dollars a workflow should return and how we will measure it. If the maths does not work, we tell you before you spend anything.

Guardrails are not an upsell

Confidence gating, human approval on irreversible actions, retries, dead-letter queues, audit logs and an evaluation suite ship with every build by default.

You own the system

Self-hosted, version-controlled and documented. No proprietary black box, no per-task platform tax, no vendor lock-in. Take it in-house whenever you like.

Instrumented from day one

Every workflow reports what ran, what failed, what it cost and what it saved. You get a dashboard, not a quarterly assurance that things are going well.

Senior engineers, no handoff

The people on your discovery call are the people who build it. Small team by design — we take on a limited number of engagements at a time.

Built to be maintained

Automations decay as your business changes. We monitor accuracy against real traffic and tune continuously rather than declaring victory at launch.

Our approach

Four rules we don’t break.

These are the decisions that determine whether an automation is still running — and still trusted — a year after launch.

01

Start where the pain is loudest

Not the most impressive automation — the one whose absence your team complains about on Monday morning. Momentum comes from a first win people can feel.

02

Automate the process, not the tool

Half of what looks like an automation problem is an undocumented process problem. We map the real workflow first, including the exceptions nobody wrote down.

03

Earn autonomy gradually

New workflows launch with a human in the loop. Autonomy increases as the accuracy numbers justify it. Trust is a measurement, not a launch-day decision.

04

Boring beats clever

We choose the least surprising architecture that solves the problem. Clever systems are fun to build and miserable to inherit.

By the numbers

Small team, deliberately. Measured output, always.

We cap concurrent engagements so the engineers on your call are the engineers on your build. Figures below are rolling twelve-month.

How it works

A process built to de-risk the decision, not to sell you a retainer.

You know the price and the success metric before we write code. You see it working before it touches production.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

    30 minutes

We map where your team’s hours actually go and identify the two or three processes with the clearest return. You leave with a concrete recommendation whether or not you hire us.

    • Process inventory
    • Opportunity ranking by ROI
    • Honest feasibility read
  2. 02

    Automation blueprint

    3–5 days

A written build plan: the workflows, the integrations, the guardrails, the success metrics and a fixed price. No hourly ambiguity and no discovery invoice.

    • System architecture diagram
    • Defined success metrics
    • Fixed-price scope and timeline
  3. 03

    Build & integrate

    2–6 weeks

We build in a staging environment against your real systems, with a weekly demo so you see progress rather than a status email. Nothing touches production until you have watched it work.

    • Staging environment
    • Weekly working demos
    • Evaluation test suite
  4. 04

    Launch & measure

    1 week

Phased rollout with a human in the loop first, then progressive autonomy as the numbers hold. Dashboards show exactly what ran, what it cost and what it saved.

    • Phased production rollout
    • Observability dashboard
    • Team training and handover docs
  5. 05

    Improve & scale

    Ongoing

Automations decay when your business changes. We monitor accuracy, tune against real traffic and extend into the next process once the first one is boring.

    • Monthly performance review
    • Accuracy tuning
    • Roadmap for the next workflow
30 minutes · No obligation

Find out what your team could stop doing by next month.

Bring one process that frustrates you. We’ll tell you whether it can be automated, roughly what it costs, and what it would give back.

  • We map where the hours go

A quick walk through your day-to-day to find the processes eating the most capacity.

  • We rank by return

You get an honest read on what’s worth automating first — and what isn’t worth it at all.

  • You leave with a plan

A written recommendation and a rough number, whether or not you work with us.
